Are Aurie pearls real?
Yes. Aurie jewelry is made with natural freshwater pearls. Each pearl forms naturally, so subtle differences in shape, color, luster, and surface texture are part of its character.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Your jewelry will follow the same overall design, but natural pearls are never completely identical. Pieces described as naturally colored or random-color pearls may vary more noticeably from one piece to another.
What materials do you use?
Materials vary by design and may include natural freshwater pearls, sterling silver, 14K gold-filled components, 18K gold-plated silver, gold-plated copper, crystals, agate, fine cord, or elastic cord. Please check the Details section on each product page for the exact materials used in that piece.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are normally prepared within 2–3 business days before dispatch.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated transit time is approximately 14 business days after dispatch. Most customers should expect delivery in about 16–17 business days after placing an order. Delivery estimates may vary due to customs processing, local carriers, weather, or peak seasons.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders are shipped from China.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is US$5 for orders under US$180. Orders of US$180 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking is provided for all orders after the parcel has been dispatched.
Will I need to pay import duties?
Applicable import duties are included, so customers are not expected to pay an additional duty charge at delivery. Local requirements can occasionally change, and we will contact you if an order needs special handling.
Is the jewelry suitable for gifting?
Yes. Aurie pieces arrive in gift-ready packaging and are suitable for birthdays, graduations, friendship gifts, and other meaningful occasions.
How should I care for pearl jewelry?
Avoid water, perfume, lotions, hairspray, and harsh chemicals. After wearing, gently wipe the jewelry with a soft dry cloth and store it separately in a soft pouch. Avoid pulling or bending pearl strands and cord-mounted pieces.
What is your return policy?
