This website and online store are operated by AURIER INCORPORATED under the brand name Aurie. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “Aurie,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AURIER INCORPORATED.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of https://www.aurie.com.co, including all related content, features, products, services, and purchases made through the website (collectively, the “Services”).
By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies incorporated into them by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
We may refuse service, suspend an account, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, misuse, unlawful activity, or a violation of these Terms.
SECTION 3 — PRODUCTS AND NATURAL VARIATION
Aurie jewelry is made with natural freshwater pearls and other materials described on the applicable product page. Natural pearls may vary in shape, size, color, luster, texture, and surface character. These natural variations are part of the individuality of each piece and are not defects.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, proportions, and details accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and the individual characteristics of natural materials.
Product measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Please review the product description, materials, dimensions, care information, and photographs before purchasing.
We may update, discontinue, limit, or change products at any time. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.
SECTION 4 — ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or incorrect customer information. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
Please review your email address, shipping address, product selection, and quantity before submitting an order. If you need to request a correction or cancellation, contact support@aurie.com.co as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after processing or shipment has begun.
SECTION 5 — PRICES, PAYMENT, TAXES, AND DUTIES
Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in United States dollars. Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice, but changes will not affect an order already accepted except where required to correct an obvious error.
You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information. Payments may be processed by Shopify, PayPal, or other third-party payment providers, and their terms and privacy practices may also apply.
Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Import duties and taxes are handled as described in our Shipping Policy. If an unexpected customs or carrier charge is requested, contact us before making payment so that we can review the situation.
SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may result from customs inspections, carriers, severe weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and legal title transfer as provided by applicable law. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights.
SECTION 7 — RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, damaged or incorrect items, refund timing, non-returnable items, return shipping costs, and any applicable withdrawal rights are governed by our Refund Policy:

The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory rights available to consumers in their place of residence.

We aim to keep information on the Services accurate and current. Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, measurements, materials, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, delivery times, or availability.
We may correct errors and update information. If a material error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, which may include confirming the corrected order or receiving a refund.

You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial shopping and informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
SECTION 11 — USER CONTENT AND FEEDBACK
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate the rights of any other person.
You grant AURIER INCORPORATED a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display submitted content for operating and promoting Aurie, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws.
We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate. We are not required to keep feedback confidential or provide compensation unless agreed in writing.

The Services may include tools, payment options, applications, or links provided by third parties. We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices.

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, guarantee, condition, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Product warranties and conformity rights required by applicable law continue to apply.
SECTION 15 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AURIER INCORPORATED and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services or purchase of a product where such losses were not reasonably foreseeable.
Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
SECTION 16 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AURIER INCORPORATED, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct, negligence, or breach of these Terms.
SECTION 17 — TERMINATION
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Services, engage in fraud or unlawful activity, or create a security risk.
Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
SECTION 18 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed where necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
SECTION 19 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
A failure to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision.
These Terms, together with the policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and AURIER INCORPORATED concerning use of the Services and purchases made through the website, except for any additional agreement expressly accepted by both parties.
SECTION 20 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the Aurie business, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 21 — GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections or rights available under the laws of your country or region of residence. Any dispute may be brought in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

SECTION 22 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, legal obligations, or other operational requirements.
The current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes will apply as required by law. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
